LIVING TOURISM IN THE COLCA CANYON 3DAYS /1 NIGHT

DAY 1: Visit to the National Reserve Salinas and Aguada Blanca, Tojra Swamps, the Andes Viewpoint (4,910m), and the public Market and village of Chivay. Transfer to the Local family house
PM. We will have a lunch with the local family, sharing their culture and way of living. Then we will hike for 2-3 hrs to see ancient terraces and beautiful landscapes and Mountains along the way to the hot springs of SALLIHUA. Dinner with the family. Night of cultural interchange with locals, like learning to spin or dye lamb wooll with flowers-plants or any other interest you may have.
DAY 2: After breakfast with the local family, we will hike for 4 hours, to see ancient ruins and a wonderful view of the Sabancaya Volcano, Hualcahualca and ancient terraces along the Colca Valley. We end up in the Hot springs facing the Colca River. To return to the Village is a probability to horse back riding or to hike. Lunch with the family.
In the afternoon we will participate with diferent activities depending on the season, sawing the land togueter with the local family or, harvesting the Maiz, potatoes, Quinua or another crob, or to participate with the Locals in another activities, there are other options, also we may adapt to your personal interests. Dinner with the family. Another activity like preparing Chicha (the corn beer), cooking, etc.
DAY 3: Breakfast with the local family. Visit to the Cruz del Condor view point. One hour Hike, bordering the edge of the canyon. Stops in different viewpoints to see ancient terraces and a visit to Maca Village. Lunch. Return to Arequipa or transfer to Puno City (6hrs- with an extra cost)
